01 Digital services only
DSky Solution sells digital services only. We do not sell, ship or deliver physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.
02 Getting the apps
Try On AI and TryOn Business are delivered through Google Play. Install them on your Android phone from the Play Store listing.
03 When a plan starts
- Free trial: starts when we approve your shop. We’ll let you know in the App.
- Paid plans and add-on packs: after your payment is confirmed, we apply the plan or pack to your shop, usually within 1 working day. The App shows your plan, item limit and remaining try-ons.
04 QR tags and posters
The App makes your QR hang tags and store poster as a PDF that you print yourself, or send to a local print shop. We don’t print or post them.
05 If something doesn’t arrive
If you’ve paid and your plan hasn’t appeared in the App within 2 working days, email support@dskysolution.com with your shop name and payment ID, and we’ll sort it out. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
