Is Try On AI free?
Yes. You get 3 free try-ons every day. If you turn on “Help improve TryOn AI” in Profile › Privacy & data, you get one extra free try-on per day while it’s on. The app is supported by ads.
Where can I pick clothes from?
Three ways: share a product from a shopping app to Try On AI, scan a shop’s QR tag, or upload a photo or screenshot of the clothes from your gallery.
What makes a good photo of me?
Your whole body in the frame, even light, and facing the camera. The app checks your photo on your phone before anything is sent, so you don’t waste a try-on on a photo that won’t work.
How accurate is the try-on?
It’s an AI preview of how the clothes look on you. It isn’t a size or measurement tool, and fit, drape, texture and colour can look different in real life.
Do shop QR tags use my free try-ons?
Try-ons of a shop’s items are covered by that shop’s plan, so you pay nothing. If the shop’s try-ons run out, you can still try its items with your own free daily try-ons.
Which phones and languages are supported?
Android phones running Android 7.0 or newer, from Google Play. The app is available in English, Bengali, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Urdu.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. Try On AI and TryOn Business are Android apps today.
A result looks wrong or inappropriate. What can I do?
Tap “Report this result” in the app. After you confirm, we keep a copy of the result and the photos for up to 30 days so our team can review it, then delete them. See our Community Guidelines.
Photos & privacy
What happens to my photo?
It’s sent over an encrypted connection to our AI service, used to make your try-on, and discarded. It isn’t stored on our servers unless you turn on “Help improve TryOn AI” or report a result.
What does “Help improve TryOn AI” do?
It’s off unless you turn it on. If you allow it, we keep your photo, the clothing image and the result from each try-on for up to 30 days to improve our try-on model, then delete them automatically. Turn it off in Profile › Privacy & data and your stored photos are deleted straight away.
Where are my saved looks kept?
On your phone, in the app’s private storage. Saved looks, uploaded clothes and your saved photo are removed when you delete your account in the app or uninstall it.
Can a shop see my photo?
No. Shops only see totals, like how many people scanned or tried on an item. They never see your photo, your try-on, your name or your account.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don’t sell, rent or trade your photos or personal data. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Your account
How do I sign in?
With your Google account or email. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase, and we never see your password.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile › Delete account and data and confirm. It’s deleted straight away. If you no longer have the app, follow the steps on our Delete Account page.
How do I reset my advertising ID?
On Android, open Settings › Google › Privacy › Ads (or Google › Ads) and tap “Reset advertising ID” or “Delete advertising ID”.
For shops
How much does TryOn Business cost?
Every new shop gets a 7-day free trial (20 items, 100 free try-ons for shoppers). After that, plans are Starter ₹1,999, Growth ₹4,999 and Pro ₹9,999 a month, plus 18% GST. See pricing.
How do I pay?
Plans are paid outside the app, through a payment link we send you. The payment company handles your card or UPI details; we never see them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Does each colour need its own tag?
No. One tag covers every colour of a garment; shoppers pick the colour after they scan. Each colour does count as one item in your plan.
What do shoppers see when they scan?
Your shop name, city and WhatsApp number, and the item’s photos, name, price, sizes and colours. Your phone number, address, GSTIN, email, plan and stats are never shown to shoppers.
What if a shopper scans with a normal camera app?
Codes open in the Try On AI app. Other scanners see a page asking them to get the app.
Can I use it outside India?
You choose your shop’s country when you sign up, and we set your shop’s currency from it. Ask us about availability in your country.
