01 The idea
Try On AI is for seeing how clothes look on you. TryOn Business is for shops showing real clothes they sell. Anything that uses our apps to hurt, fool or embarrass people is not allowed.
02 For shoppers
- Uploading images of other people without their explicit consent.
- Uploading or generating sexually explicit, defamatory, obscene or hateful content.
- Creating deceptive deepfakes or impersonating any person or entity.
- Attacking, reverse-engineering or overloading our AI servers.
- Automated or fraudulent ad clicks.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Try On AI.
03 For shops
Every photo and item you add must show a real item you sell, with an honest name, price, sizes and colours, and you must own the photo or have the right to use it.
- Nude, sexual, violent or hateful images, or images of children.
- Photos of people without their permission.
- Fake, counterfeit or illegal goods, or someone else’s brand or catalog photos you have no right to use.
- Misleading prices or descriptions.
- Trying to identify shoppers from your stats.
04 What AI try-on is, and isn’t
- A try-on is an AI picture: a preview of how clothes may look on you. It is not a photograph of you wearing them.
- It isn’t a size or measurement tool. Fit, drape, texture and colour may look different in real life.
- A shop’s normal trial, return and exchange policies still apply to anything you buy.
- Please don’t present a try-on as a real photo in a way that could mislead someone.
05 Reporting a result
If a result looks wrong, offensive or unsafe, tap Report this result in Try On AI. Only after you confirm, we keep a copy of the result, your photo and the clothing images for up to 30 days so our review team can check it. They are then deleted automatically, or straight away if you delete your account.
To report a shop or an item, or anything else, email support@dskysolution.com or use our contact form.
06 What we do
We may hide or reject content, and suspend or close accounts and shops that break these rules. For shops, we’ll tell you why, and where we can we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. See the Terms & Conditions and Merchant Terms.
